Myndset.me provides clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy for clients experiencing anxiety, stress, habits, sleep issues, gut-brain symptoms, smoking/vaping, food noise, menopause-related nervous system changes and behavioural patterns that are difficult to shift through willpower alone.
Sessions are available in Sydney and online.
Evidence-informed. Consent-based. Collaborative where appropriate.
For GPs, Specialists & Allied Health Professionals

You may consider referring a patient who is medically stable but still struggling with patterns such as:
✓ IBS symptoms linked with stress, urgency, sensitivity or gut-brain reactivity
✓ Anxiety, overwhelm, stress responses or emotional reactivity
✓ Sleep disruption or insomnia patterns
✓ Smoking, vaping or habitual behaviours
✓ Food noise, cravings or eating-related behavioural loops
✓ Menopause-related stress, anxiety, sleep disruption or nervous system sensitivity
✓ Fears, phobias or avoidance patterns
✓ Low confidence, self-worth or motivation blocks
Scope of Practice
Myndset.me does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care.
Clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy may support behavioural change, emotional regulation, stress responses, habits and mind-body patterns. It is best used alongside appropriate medical, psychological or allied health care where required.
Clients with new, severe, worsening or unexplained symptoms should seek medical assessment before beginning complementary support.
For patients already under medical or specialist care, hypnotherapy may be used as an adjunctive support with their consent.
Common Referral Pathways
Anxiety & Stress
Quiet the mental noise.
When your mind won’t slow down and the same worries keep looping, it can feel impossible to switch off, but there is a way.
Smoking & Vaping
Become a non-smoker.
Break the automatic pull toward cigarettes or vaping and enjoy the freedom to choose differently and live a smoke-free life.
Food Noise
Keep the food noise quiet.
GLP-1 medications can reduce cravings, but many people worry about what happens when they stop. Prepare for what comes next.
IBS Hypnotherapy
Calm the gut–brain connection.
When the gut reacts before you understand why, everyday situations can feel unpredictable. Balance can start to return again with hypnosis.
Bad Habits & Addictions
Break the automatic habit.
When behaviours start running on autopilot, a pattern has taken over. Change becomes possible when the pattern shifts.
Fears & Phobias
Deactivate the fear response.
Whether it’s flying, needles or public speaking, fear responses can take control quickly. We remove the emotional trigger so you can get on with your life.
Sleep & Insomnia
Calm the racing mind.
When your mind won’t switch off and thoughts keep looping at night, sleep can feel out of reach. Balance can start to return as the patterns keeping you alert begin to shift.
Menopause Support
Support the emotional shifts.
When your mind and body feel different and your emotions become harder to regulate, it can feel unsettling. As the nervous system stabilises, a greater sense of balance can return.
Confidence & Self Worth
Shift the self-doubt pattern.
When self-doubt and overthinking take over, it can change how you show up in everyday situations. As the pattern shifts, confidence begins to feel more natural and less forced.
How referrals work

Complimentary Patient Support Places

To help build professional confidence in this work, I am currently offering a small number of complimentary full-service places for referred patients from suitable healthcare partners.
This is not a “lite” version or a quick sampler.
It is the full clinical process I would normally provide, offered so you can confidently assess whether this support may be appropriate for your patients.
Available for up to 3 suitable referred patients per referral partner.

What clients are suitable?
Clients who are motivated, medically stable where relevant, and open to working with subconscious patterns, behaviour change and nervous system regulation.
What clients may not be suitable?
Clients in acute crisis, unmanaged severe mental health episodes, active psychosis, serious unexplained medical symptoms, or presentations outside my scope should be referred to appropriate medical or mental health services first.
What referral areas are most aligned?
